BLOKSET LV switchgear cabinet is the latest LV whole set switchgear equipment promoted by Research Center of Schneider Electric Company France with high quality & high-power. Making use of technical advantage & high quality of electric component LV switch equipment produced by Schneider Company, it supports a reasonable design, reliable performance, contemporary with the advanced international level, to better meet the requirement in high reliability for user, and have related product certificate. Our company has been doing business with Schneider company and introduce into the whole technology of this brand cabinets started manufacturing the BLOKSET LV switchgear from 2003.

5、Main Characteristic
BLOCKSET switchgear is the sealed and indoor equipment, the enclosure and switch are designed by Schneider, such as Masterpact MT Frame Circuit Breaker, Compact NS moulded-case circuit breaker, with large capacity specifications, advanced technology for switch structure, mature & reliable processing technique, compact structure, easy installation and maintain, etc.
l The switchgear, consist of frame, cover plate,cover and door, can withstand the mechanical and the thermal load function which the system short-circuits produces, can withstand impulse produced by switch motion & not affect the operation of other electric appliance, also can withstand the stress function of normal lifting, transportation & maintain its performance not to be affected. The switchgear and all component and material inside shall be flame-retardant or non-inflammable. The design and material used can prevent the occurrence of breakdown electric arc in the greatest degree, once the electric arc went wrong, it can extinguish in a short time. The ROHS plastic material used in the switchgear excludes CFC & Halogen being flame-resistant and from extinguishment characteristic, can enhance the protection grade inside the switchgear and reliable & continuous operation.
l Can be easily extended with both ends (if the jobsite is allowed)
l The mechanical interlock is equipped in the cabinet, ensure that the door of cabinet can not be opened when closing the switch.
l Completely use the standard parts, specially design for different project is not existed, ensure the interchangeability and stability. This type of cabinet is standardization and have hundreds of standard scheme which can meet the demand of all customers, and all of them have been passed the Type Test (TTA). The enclosure should meet the demand of earthquake resistance, shake resistance and impact according to the requirement..
l The switchgear cabinet are designed by software, with closed structure, the distribution circuit arrangement is economic and beautiful, with various arrange type to make sure the project design which is the optimization design.
l The ventilation channel is equipped in the cabinet, can ensure the high-powered natural ventilation.

6、STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

n Frame Structure
The basis components inside the switchgear structural frame which has the mould hole of 25mm spacing to be the general frame, made of heat coating zinc plated steel in 2mm thickness (its corrosion resistance performance , tractility and intensity is better than the cold rolled steel plate),process shearing surface have stronger self-protecting function, the long-time usage do not take place for causticity, all the metallic parts are treated with special anti-causticity. No metallic causticity in 30 years under the inferior environment (such as the high tide, wet and high salt spray environment). The frame parts are in maintenance-free for 30 years, the welding point is not allowed on the whole switchgear, to prevent the structure stress happened on switchgear caused by weld. With enough strength and hardness, it can stand the installed components & all the mechanical stress, heat stress, and electromotion caused by short circuit during operation, equipment shell is of neat, tight and beautiful.
n Surface Treatment
n Framework parts and Doors are used the static powder coating. The technology of surface spray coating is most advanced in static power auto spray coating production line of Switzerland Primer Company, which use the high-quality power in Epoxy resin polyester mixed type, the average thickness of coating arrive at 50-80μm (GB is over 60μm), with advantages of strong coating adhere, high hardness degree, anti-aging, good fasten of light & color, anti-damp, anti- mildew, anti-salt spray, anticorrosive.
n Enclosure and The door of Switchgear
l The door of switchgear is made from cold rolling steel plate, the door hinge is the special parts of Schneider. The door can be easily opened and closed, the opening angel should not be less than 1500, with reliable fixed and all the fasten parts should have the anti-corrosion plating or coating, in order to avoid the loose.
l The indicator light and the operation handle which is used for indicating the switching location of circuit breaker and/or contactor, measuring instrumentss should be equipped on the panel of switchgear. The switchgear has a reliable mechanical locking device which ensure the safety of the operators.
l The color of switchgear should be RAL9002 or RAL7002。
n Functional Compartments
Inside the switchgear, there are four compartments, includes busbars compartment, elements compartment, feeder cable compartments and accessory compartments.
l There are functional elements inside the element compartment, and the partitions used for each functional elements is made from metal or high-strengthen multifunctional. The material in isolation plant has enough mechanical intensity with auto extinguish, ensure: Prevent touching from the electrical parts in this unit by non-professional personnel; Prevent touching from the electrical parts nearby upon unit by all the personnel; Prevent the in & out movement of one return circuit switchgear from affecting the operation stability between neighbor unit; Restrict the electrical arc of accident not to extend to neighbor unit.
l There are horizontal busbars and distribution busbars in the busbars compartment. The horizontal busbars may be positioned at the top, middle and bottom of the column; Distribution busbars is located at the side of column in order to wire and maintenance easily.
l Feeder cable compartment is for incoming and feeder cable (top or bottom incoming and feeder is allowed). The switchgear use the rear feeder type. All the busbars shall be in compliance with the standard of IEC695-2.1 and NF C20-455, can reach 960℃ 30S/30S NS and innocuous.
n Busbars System
l Busbars are used to carry electrical power throughout the switchboard. Each switchboard comprises two types of busbars, one is main busbars, the other is distribution busbars, which are made from copper bar that meet the standard of Cu-ETP H12 (the content of etlectrolyse copper is over than 99.9%). The copper bar with 5mm thickness are selected for horizontal busbars, and the horizontal busbars may be positioned at the top, middle and bottom of the column, besides withstand the essential current, the busbars should also meet the requirement of dynamic stabilization, thermal stabilization and layout method.
l The value of the rated current for the main busbars determines the depth of the switchboard columns, as indicated in the table above. They are connected to the switchboard frame via insulated supports that have been tested for their temperature-withstand capacity and non-propagation of flame characteristics.
l Individual PE earthing protection system is equipped in the switchboard. PE wire material use the copper bar.
l Distribution busbars: The distribution busbars carry the electrical current to the various functional units. Distribution busbars are available in three versions: 1-2: busbars in side compartments, up to 3200A The busbars are make up of one or several copper bars for each phase and are located in the side compartment of the column. Each bar is 5mm thick and is drilled for connection to the various switchgear components. The distribution busbars are connected to the main busbars. 3-4: Linergy busbars in side compartments, up to 1600A Linergy busbars are channeled copper bars designed for rapid connections using clip-in bolts. They are installed in the side compartments of the column(mounting is also possible at the rear of columns, please consult us). 5: Standard busbars at the rear of column, up to 1600A Busbars installed at the rear of columns are made up of one or more copper bars each phase. Each bar is 5mm
n Secondary Wiring and secondary elements configuration
l All the insulated cable inside the switchboard should be used the copper bar wires. The coupling contact pressure between horizontal bursars and vertical busbars increase to 20kN, and butterfly spring padding non-linearity, compensate the deformation caused by transportation, electrical heated to lead to the deduction of the touching pressure. Thus, the temperature rise on the connection position is so low to be 38K (permit temperature rise is 60K) by testing. Busbars uses three phase & five wire zoning, level main busbars is installed inside the isolation plant on top of switchgear, N wire, PE wire is installed on bottom behind the door, vertical busbars is sealed by the metallic cover using good continuity grounding, with sightseeing window to check the operation status of insert. The busbars is set between isolated busbars nip and conductor to ensure safe distance, good mechanical intensity, safety and incredible. Choose isolated chrome wire, the assistant electrical circuit shall be multiple sections,use silver plated wires riveting.
l The color of indicated light and button should be selected in accordance with the specification of GB268-281 “Color of Indicated Light and Button in Electric Whole Set Device”. The wires, color of wires, indicated light, button, disconnectable parts and cable tray should also be in compliance with the related standard of GB and IEC.
l The terminal should be the specified brand and ensure the contact pressure.
7、DEGREE OF PROTECTION
The compartments inside the switchgear should be completely separated. The degree of protection should be IP2X. The degree of protection for the enclosure should be IP42 (can be upgraded to IP54). IP degree should be not changed in the position of testing and draw-out.

l Safety: Drawers are built in compliance with international standard IEC 60439-1 which regulates the drawer extraction and locking system. The connection mechanism is designed to allow the drawer to be set to any of the four positions presented below. The degree of protection of the switchboard is maintained in all positions (connected, test, disconnected and drawer removed). This is made possible by the door than can remain closed in these four postions. 1. connected postion: Power an auxiliary circuits are all connected. This position may be locked using up to three padlocks . a saftety system prevents door opening as long as the circuit breaker is closed (On position). The interlocking mechanism connects the door handle and operating shaft on the circuit breaker. 2. Test postion: Power circuits are disconnected (upstream and downstream), auxiliarycircuits remain connected. This position may be used to check the auxiliary circuits and may be locked using up to three padlocks. 3. Disconnected position: All circuits are disconnected. This position may be locked using up to three padlocks. 4. Removed position.
